Is there anywhere we can see your products?

Yes, you can visit us at 3/60 Gateway Drive, Noosaville, QLD 4566 Open Fridays 10am-4pm or Saturdays 9am-1pm, or by appointment.

Where are your products shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Noosaville Queensland

What happens if I change my mind?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind at Enchanted Cove. Please see our returns and refund policy for more informationĀ 

I purchased online, can I return or exchange my items at your warehouse?

Yes, of course if your return or exchange aligns with our refund policy we will happily assist you.

I received my order and it was broken or incorrect?

As soon as you receive your order, open up the box and check that everything is there and undamaged. If there’s a problem, let us know as soon as you can. Please take photos and email to enquiries@enchantedcove.com.au with your name and order number. Our customer service team will be in touch with a solution.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive constant email updates as to the status of your order. Once your order has been sent, you will also receive a tracking number. If you have not received our order confirmation, please get in touch via enquiries@enchantedcove.com.au
